Santa Fe
My brother interned at Glorietta (a Christian camp) in New Mexico, near Santa Fe. We drove up to visit him for a few days from Texas (we are back living in my home state). This was our first time to New Mexico (besides passing through on our way from Arizona). We were able to rent a cabin at the camp while we were there to visit. The camp is on a creek so we spent lots of time in the water (my husband even lost his wedding ring in the creek). One of the days we were there we went into Santa Fe for lunch and shopping. I think I always though to of New Mexico as kind of blah, but it surprised me. What a cute little town. Check out this amazing sky one night. One of my bucket lists is to go to the big Hot Air Balloon Festival in New Mexico. So until next time...
